Senate Bill 22 (Boscola and Scavello):

A constitutional amendment to establish an independent citizens’ commission for legislative and congressional redistricting.

Amendment A07149:  Replaces current printer’s version and makes extensive changes.

Senate Bill 1037 (Folmer and Vulakovich)

Amends Title 71 (State Government) to transfer duties between the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission (Commission) and the Pennsylvania Office of Administration (Office of Administration).

Amendment A07118: Makes various revisions, additions and clarifications, including those relating to: compliance with and enforcement of veterans programs and veterans preference; ensuring prohibition against discrimination of all protected classes in hiring and examination; counties that have been approved for a county-developed and administered merit-based system may continue to use the approved system; ensuring that audits are required by both the Commission and the Office of Administration.
