Senator Mike Folmer recently visited the Elizabethtown Child Care Center and read “A Splendid Friend, Indeed” to students in Mrs. Anderson’s kindergarten class. The visit was part of The Week of the Young Child (April 22-28), and the Pennsylvania One Book, Every Young Child campaign.
